10 months ago, we received news from Termrim Construction that we would be offered the contract to take over the build of their site in Menston, LS29. When we received this news as a company we were delighted, Termrim had been a company that had been on our radar for quite some time so we were glad to land a contract with them.
Since then, huge change has been seen on the LS29 site with a huge amount of plots that were just empty land now in to fully completed homes for excited buyers to begin the next stage of their lives within. The plots have been completed to an excellent standard as you can see from the images.
On this site, there is a variety of different house types bringing some really nice differentiation on the site with a range of detached, semi detached and terraced houses to fit all needs and tastes.
It has been really great to work with Termrim’s teams over the past ten months. It is lovely to walk around site and see the houses that have are of outstanding quality as result of the hard work and dedication of our teams, Termrim’s teams and all the other contractors that worked through one of the wettest UK winters on record. I have to put on record a special thanks to, Jason Midgley our site foreman. His experience and hard graft has been a driving force in getting the masonry on this site to where it is now. I look forward to seeing this site to continue to develop over the upcoming weeks and months.
