New Construction Site Award – Scarborough

We’re excited to announce that we’ve secured the award to work on Zeta Developments’ newest project! This project will bring two 80-bed care homes and nine modern and spacious family house to meet the growing demand for high quality state of the art care homes and modern housing in the seaside town of Scarborough.

We are looking forward to getting to work with Zeta, as always we will strive to provide an outstanding quality of work, whilst maintaining a customer centric approach and ensuring we keep to timescales. We are excited to share more updates with everyone as we get our teams on site to build a community for both families and the older generations who now need just that little bit more care.

As you may know from previous posts, these projects get me really excited. I say to Chris all the time that I am always looking out for emails for tenders for carehome developments as they are so rewarding and we can give something back to the older generations who have served society for as long as we have been here. This project brings even more joy as we are helping to form a community of all ages and backgrounds in a great town on the East Coast. I am looking forward to seeing this job take shape over the coming months.
