At the start of March, we were notified by Zeta Developments that we had won the award for the masonry contract for works on their brand new development in Scarborough.
The project is set to consist of 9 large stone houses with an 80 bed carehome also on site. Together this will form a great community for both families and those who are now at a stage in their life that makes them need that little bit more care.
Our site teams have rose to the task so far, we have now began the footings on all nine of the stone houses. We expect this site to progress quickly which is needed to try and get families in to their brand new homes and also to allow those who need the care within this brand new home to receive it as quick as possible.
The amount of these carehome projects we have carried out recently is impressive. As I’ve said before and I said to Chris all the time. I love these projects, there’s something really rewarding about them. The new teams we have taken on over in sunny Scarborough have been working really hard to get this site moving. I can’t wait to see this site progress over the coming months.
