Through our LinkedIn and our Facebook pages, we love to look back and look at what we have accomplished from time to time. We do this through our Throwback Thursday posts and always showcasing projects along the way and on completion. For this weeks blog post, we wanted to showcase our achievements so far this year:
5 Years of Home Valley
This year in January, we reached our first big milestone as a company. We are now five years old. Within this five years, we have come such a long way since we started on our first projects through the pandemic. We started small on projects of only one or two houses. Since then, we have built relationships with household names within the housing industry and have had the opportunity to work on some great projects with them.
East Ardsley Carehome Project close to completion
We began work on the carehome at East Ardsley at the start of last year. This project has come with it’s natural challenges however our teams worked around them well allowing us to continue to provide an outstanding quality of work, on time and to budget as we strive for on every one of our projects. Our teams are now on with the finishing touches and our client will be in a position to hand this project back over very soon.
Continued dedication from site teams on our Harron Homes Sites
Our site teams have continued to throw everything they have in to our Harron Homes (Highfield Manor and Victoria Heights) which we have worked on for over three years now. The lads have made excellent progress across both sites allowing families to move in to their new homes on time and begin the next stage of their lives.
Numerous tenders won
This year, we have been very busy pricing, visiting land and having discussions with existing clients and prospective clients. We are glad to say that this has resulted in us winning Harron Homes‘ De Lacy Way (Pontefract) tender and Zeta Developments’ Carehome tender in Scarborough, just to name a couple.
Started works on a new carehome project in Bury
A couple of months ago, we began works on a carehome project for Firecrest Construction who are a new client of ours. The lads have really got straight on with the build on this site, we have seen excellent progress made over the next couple of months and it looks like we are heading towards an early completion date. This means that the people who are in dire need of the care that will be provided by this facility may get it just that bit sooner which we are thrilled about.
All these achievements are great and we are immensely proud of them! However, without our site teams this would not have been possible. Thank you to every single one of you’s for your hard graft, dedication and your desire to provide an outstanding quality of work first time everytime.
