A few months ago, we announced that we had won the award for Harron Homes‘ new Castle Gardens development over in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.
The project consists of 64 plots that are going to form a community for the people of Pontefract.
Our site teams have worked very hard to get the project to the point that it currently is. Excellent progress has been made with footings coming together well. The superstructures are flying up, whilst ensuring that an outstanding quality of work.
Chris, our director was very pleased on his site walk around this morning to see the inspection scores. Theses scores are a testament to our site teams. All teams at Home Valley strive for providing an outstanding quality of work in additon to ensuring that we remain in keeping with timescales and staying on budget. This comes as part of our customer centric approach. We put our customers at the heart of everything we do, that’s the way we always have been, the way we always will be.
When we got the offer to work on this development, we jumped at it. It is a pleasure to work with Harron Homes again on their Castle Gardens development as it is with every development we have worked on with them. The inspection scores are a testament to our lads and the effort they put in with every single brick they lay. Paul Wood from Harron Homes has been keeping standards high across the site. We have worked with Paul for many years now with Harron Homes, his developments are great developments and I hope families see this when they look around the plots to choose their next home.

We hope the glorious weather can continue so we can continue to keep this development moving without any weather related disruptions. This has been a much needed change from the weather that we have seen since February. Our lads have been walling in snow, hail, rain so this much needed change for them in terms of morale.
