Before the weather came in this week, bringing snow to much to much of the country we began work on two new sites. One site in Copley, Halifax just off Wakefield Road for Hilbeck Homes and another in Bradford for a small developer.
Our new site in Copley consists of 10 stone town houses and the site in Bradford consists of 6 stone houses. We are looking forward to braving the cold and getting these plots up to get families in to their new quality built homes.
It is great to see sites starting to move after a very slowed down period of time. We have been sat on these new construction plans for some time and it is great to actually get our gangs on to these sites and doing what we do best, building quality homes. These are exciting times here for us at Home Valley and myself and Chris look forward to overseeing both sites and watching them progress as we move in to the new year.
