At the end of August, we took on a new building project to add to our portfolio of projects across Yorkshire and Lancashire. This site was for a new customer Termrim Construction based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We were delighted to the building works and to build a new commercial relationship.
Since we have taken on the site in August, we have made huge amounts of progress in line with one of our aims of getting the British public in to high quality housing for them to progress to the next step of their lives in, which will be happening very soon as we have some plots that are ready for final cleaning prior to handing them over.
This site is a large site with a total of 113 plots of different house types, some built out of stone and some out of brick however we love rising to the challenge that is laid out in front of us. We are seeing some great site work and the lads are constantly keeping standards high.
This so far has been a great site to work on. Standards from all contractors across the site are held high which makes things much easier to develop a quality development on the whole. From our side of things, it has been great to start work with Termrim and we look forward to continuing to develop this relationship as we move within the back end of the year and into 2025. I would like to pay special thanks to our site foreman on this site, Jason Midgley for his hard work in getting us mobalsied within the last two months, ensuring the lads are providing the levels of work we expect from them and providing an excellent quality of plots himself.
