The Project’s Vision
The goal for this project is to provide a new estate ready for families to move into providing a safe and comfortable environment in which they can progress to the next stage of their lives in.
Collaboration with Malik Group
Home Valley Brickworks have collaborated with the Malik Group right from the very start four years ago in addition to the 10+ years that Chris Betts (Director) has worked close with Gerry Malik on a variety of different projects. This long standing relationship gives us the opportunity to get down to what we do best, building quality homes for the next generation of home owners.
Fast Progression of Site
This site is progressing more and more each week we enjoy sitting back at the end of the working week and assessing the works we have undertaken during that working week. We currently have just under half of the plots at the build stage with footings popping up around the land week by week. The fast progression of the site is what we love as it allows families to be provided with their dream homes as quick as possible whilst still ensuring we rigorously quality control each and every plot that we build.
Conclusion
This brand new estate looks to really have the potential to provide a boost to the community of Idle bringing in new residents to an area filled with amenities such as local shops, restaurants etc whilst providing a sense of tranquility being hidden slightly away but still an accessible distance from the hustle and bustle of Bradford City Centre.
